3.5.1 Debug Shading
In this lesson we will explore a few powerful new features in V-Ray Next for 3ds Max to improve your workflow and get accurate final previews faster.
Specifically, we will discuss how to work with the new Debug Shading mode in the V-Ray Frame buffer, as well as with the viewport. We will also cover how to apply color corrections to the viewport IPR.
3.5.2 Viewport IPR Color Corrections
First, let’s start the IPR by clicking on the Standard menu, and then in the drop down selecting “V-Ray GPU IPR”. This will initiate rendering in the viewport.
