Overview


The V-Ray Leather Texture generates a procedural leather pattern with two custom colors or texture maps.

 

 


 

UI Path: ||Shading viewport|| > Shader Tree > Add Layer button > V-Ray Textures Procedural > V-Ray Leather

 

Parameters


 

 

 

 

Cell Color – Controls the color of the cells.

Crease Color – Controls the color of the creases.

Size – Controls the size of the procedural texture. For more details, please see the Size example below.

Density – Controls how dense the procedural is. For more details, please see the Density example below.

Spottyness – Makes the cells more circular in shape. For more details, please see the Spottyness example below.

Randomness – Controls how randomly the cells will look in relation to each other. For more details, please see the Randomness example below.

Threshold – Controls the transition between the Cell Color and Crease Color. For more details, please see the Threshold example below.

Creases – Creates boundaries between cells resembling creases in leather. When disabled, the cells diffuse uniformly into each other (on by default). For more details, please see the Creases example below.
