The V-Ray improvement program is based on telemetry. It allows Chaos Group to track general V-Ray usage statistics. The type of information that will be collected includes some parameter values people use most often, which will let Chaos Group optimize and improve V-Ray's performance. No personal identifiable information, scenes, assets, or materials will be collected.
The daily collected data is stored locally in vray-telemetrics (V-Ray for Revit 20xx).log files viewable with a text editor. The files can be found in the Windows temp folder C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local.
